M5 Venture’s executive team consist of highly experienced industry and functional experts with a background in top-tier firms and digital ventures. Our team mirrors the founders with whom we partner: hungry overachievers with a deep-rooted need to win. We’ve formed or built companies of our own before launching M5. Entrepreneurs turned VCs and like our startups, we are obsessed with success.

DAVID GULIAN
Managing Partner
David Gulian is a serial entrepreneur with a substantial list of start-up companies credited to his background. David has created over $1B in topline revenue across the organizations he has created and is known for his innovative ability to create new businesses and drive results through the development of people, technologies, patents, and revenues.
David is also no stranger to M&A business, leading two high profile company acquisitions including InfoLogix by Stanley Black & Decker in 2011 and LogiStar Solutions by Ernst & Young in 2014.
ROHIT SHYAM
Managing Partner
Rohit Shyam is an entrepreneur with experience in both scaling technology startups and growing topline revenue for large companies such as IBM, SAIC, Booz Allen, and CSC. He has led corporate strategy, M&A, and marketing for both private and public companies. Rohit has extensive global business experience working with firms in China, Taiwan, S. Korea, Singapore, Australia, India, and the EU. Rohit also has extensive experience in Private Equity and Venture Capital and has successfully completed several Buy-Side and Sell-Side M&A transactions.
Rohit holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Lehigh University and an M.B.A. from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
