Senior Care Centers
Assisted living, a Scandinavian model of care for the elderly that began to develop in the United States in the mid-1980s has grown substantially. Assisted living facilities provide a much-needed service to senior citizens who cannot live on their own anymore. The original Scandinavian philosophy of assisted living included the concept of "aging in place." Any level of care needed by the resident as he or she aged was to be provided in the assisted living setting so that the resident would not have to leave what had become home. More than 77 million baby boomers, born between 1946 and 1964, plan to retire over the next 20 years, so assisted living services are expected to increase. People between 65 and 84 will increase 38.8 percent by 2020, creating a strong need for more assisted living facilities. M5 Venture offers a variety of Senior Care Centers that include Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Independent Living. We are also working on Senior Care Centers that are focused on ethnic population such as a Chinese Senior Care Facility that is Feng Shui compliant and provides Mandarin speaking staff and Chinese meals and a Vaastu compliant Indian Senior Care Center with Vegetarian Meals, Hindi speaking Staff, and an in-facility temple. EB-5 Investors can choose equity or debt financing options in the growing industry.
